1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Toolibex, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the service. You must be legally able to use the site or have permission required by the law applicable to you. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Any feature-specific conditions shown at the point of use also apply to that feature.

2. What the service provides

Toolibex provides text, SEO, metadata, image, domain, network and general utilities. Some calculations run in your browser; DNS and IP observations use the Toolibex server. Certain website-source checks read text that you paste rather than fetching the live page. Tool pages explain the input and limits of each current feature.

We aim to make controls and explanations accurate, but results may differ from other services because the input, crawl time, location, provider or calculation rules differ. Tool descriptions explain important limitations. A provider outage may make a metric temporarily unavailable rather than zero.

3. Your material

You retain rights in the text, files, URLs and other material you submit. You give Toolibex a limited permission to process that material solely to perform the requested function and related security and troubleshooting as accurately disclosed in the Privacy Policy. You must have the authority to submit it and must respect other people’s privacy, copyright and contractual restrictions.

Do not upload confidential records, personal credentials or sensitive information to a tool unless its handling is explicitly suitable for that data. We do not claim ownership of your original material. Rights in a third party source or image remain with its owner; generating a result does not grant a license to republish protected content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Toolibex to break the law, violate others’ rights, probe systems without authorization, send malicious code, overload the service, bypass technical limits, manipulate advertising, submit fraudulent requests or harvest personal data improperly. Automated access must respect stated limits and must not impair availability. We may restrict abusive activity, block requests or remove access to protect the service and other users.

For public DNS observations and external links, use results lawfully and respect other sites’ terms. The bulk URL opener does not authorize unwanted traffic or spam.

5. Outputs and judgment

Generated files, policy drafts, redirect rules, metadata and website observations are aids to your work. Review them for accuracy, rights, security and suitability before deployment. A DNS snapshot or a browser-only source inspection is not a search ranking guarantee or a full site audit.

The short terms and privacy generators produce outlines, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. The password hashing example does not replace a reviewed authentication system. Seek qualified advice for decisions with significant legal, security or business consequences.

6. External services and advertising

Toolibex may link to other websites or use external data providers. We do not control their availability, content, privacy choices or transaction terms. If an affiliate link is present, a clear disclosure will explain the relationship. Google ads, if enabled, are advertising and should be distinguished from tool controls and editorial results. Do not click an ad expecting it to run a tool function.

A purchase on a merchant website is between you and that merchant under its terms. Toolibex does not currently sell a paid subscription through these public tools.

7. Ownership and permitted use

Toolibex branding, site design, software and original editorial material belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You may use the website for its intended purpose and copy an ordinary output when your rights and third party rights permit it. You may not represent our brand as yours, resell a copy of the service, remove notices or exploit the site beyond authorized access.

If you believe material on Toolibex infringes your rights, email info@toolibex.com with the page URL, a description of the work and a way to contact you. We may ask for details needed to investigate. Do not send knowingly false claims.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as available basis. Interruptions, mistakes and external provider changes can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make a promise that every result is complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not promise search rankings, advertising approval, income or uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolibex is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular search, business or advertising outcome.

9. Changes and contact

You may stop using the public tools at any time. We may restrict abusive use, make necessary maintenance changes and revise these terms. Material changes will receive notice where law requires it. Send questions or complaints to info@toolibex.com.
