Privacy policy

Last revised 27 September 2026. This notice describes Toolibex at https://toolibex.com, developed by Pepoint Solution. Contact info@toolibex.com for privacy questions. A tool page may explain additional processing specific to that tool.

1. Tool inputs and where processing happens

Most public text, image and generator tools process the information you provide in your browser. The source inspection tools parse HTML, XML, robots.txt or JSON-LD that you paste; they do not crawl a live site. Image tools use browser APIs to process the chosen file locally. Do not include secrets or private material in a tool unless you understand the browser and device you are using.

Domain into IP and Find DNS Records send the domain you enter to the Toolibex server for a public DNS lookup. My IP Address reports the network address presented to our server by the hosting layer. A website preview may ask your browser to load the external destination in a frame, and opening a thumbnail or external link contacts that destination. The site’s host may log requests as part of normal delivery and security.

2. Visit counts, preferences and admin access

Toolibex records page views by path and date. A random identifier in browser session storage is sent with visit events to estimate daily sessions; it is not a named account. Your browser keeps a light or dark theme preference in local storage until you clear it. Administrators use an essential secure session cookie that can last up to seven days.

The dashboard stores posts, tool text edits, ad settings, placements and manually entered ad earnings in the site database. If the administrator connects Google reporting, encrypted authorization credentials are kept on the server and used for read-only Search Console, Analytics and AdSense reports shown only in the authenticated dashboard.

3. Why we use data and how long it remains

We use the data described above to provide requested results, operate and secure the site, diagnose errors and understand which pages are used. Public page-view counts and daily session identifiers are kept in the database until the operator removes them; this installation has no automatic deletion schedule. The admin cookie expires after up to seven days, while browser session storage normally ends with the session. Hosting request logs and any optional outside services follow their own retention settings, which may differ.

If you email us, we use the information you send to understand and reply to your request. Do not send passwords, private API keys or confidential documents in an ordinary email. We may retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the matter and related obligations; contact us if you want to ask about deletion.

4. Advertising, analytics and outside services

The administrator can enable a Google Analytics measurement ID, an AdSense publisher ID and other trusted custom code. A configuration field by itself does not mean a service is active. When enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers for ads, measurement and, where permitted, personalization. Google explains its use of information from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google ad preferences are available at https://myadcenter.google.com/.

Other embedded or custom services may collect information under their own notices. The operator should identify active providers and provide required consent controls before enabling optional tracking. This release does not include a site-level cookie preference panel; policy text alone cannot grant or collect consent. Where Google’s EEA, UK or Swiss publisher consent requirements apply, an appropriate certified consent management platform must be configured before serving the relevant ads.

5. Sharing, security and your requests

The hosting company and any services enabled by the operator process information needed for their functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or to investigate abuse. We use HTTPS for the public site and restrict administrator access, but no networked system can guarantee absolute security. External websites you choose to visit are governed by their own privacy notices.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email info@toolibex.com with “Privacy request” and enough context to identify the information concerned. We may verify your identity before responding. We will revise this notice when a new tool or service changes the site’s actual practices.
