Affiliate programs
Toolibex may consider affiliate relationships with products that genuinely help visitors perform tasks related to writing, website management, design, security or business operations. A partnership can support the cost of maintaining free tools, but it should never control a tool’s calculated result or hide a material relationship from readers.
What an affiliate relationship means
An affiliate program generally gives a publisher a tracked link or code. If a visitor follows it and completes a qualifying action, the publisher may earn a commission. The merchant sets its own prices, eligibility rules, refund terms and tracking period. Toolibex does not receive a commission merely because a visitor uses an ordinary tool unless a clearly disclosed commercial arrangement specifically applies.
This page describes partnerships where Toolibex may be the publisher. We do not currently offer other websites a Toolibex commission program. If that changes, separate participant terms will explain eligibility, attribution and payouts before anyone joins.
How we evaluate a partner
A proposal should explain the product’s actual function, intended users, geographic availability, landing page, support, pricing, commission structure and disclosure requirements. We consider relevance to the visitor’s task, evidence supporting product claims, usability and the quality of the destination. We may decline a product whose advertising is misleading, whose data practices are unclear or whose offer does not fit the page.
An affiliate relationship cannot buy a manufactured result or a favorable review. We will label sponsored placements, describe relevant limitations and remove links when a product changes or a destination no longer helps readers.
Where a recommendation may appear
If Toolibex recommends a relevant product, it will be separate from the tool’s input, result and main action. Guides may compare options and explain their criteria. A visitor should be able to use the free tool without buying anything; advertising and affiliate links will be identified as commercial content.
If a page contains both Google ads and affiliate links, maintain enough useful original content and a clear distinction between editorial controls, advertising and outbound recommendations. Do not encourage visitors to click ads to support the site.
Propose a partnership
Email info@toolibex.com with “Affiliate partnership” in the subject. Include the product name, website, program URL, audience, regions served, commission model, cookie duration and the page or task you believe it helps. We may ask for a product demonstration, documentation or a trial. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance or coverage.
For corrections to an existing recommendation, send the page URL and the claim that needs review. We will update inaccurate details when verified. Commercial relationships are disclosed under the Affiliate Disclosure and, where relevant, near individual recommendations.
