Tell us what you were trying to accomplish and what happened. We can investigate more effectively when a report includes the tool name, page URL, the settings used and a description of the result. Do not send passwords, confidential documents, private API keys or sensitive personal information in an ordinary message.

Ways to reach us

Email info@toolibex.com for general support and feedback. Use the subject “Privacy request” for a data question, “Security report” for a vulnerability you can describe safely, or “Partnership inquiry” for a commercial proposal. We do not offer a public upload form here; please do not send secrets or private documents.

Report a tool issue

Include the tool page, a non-sensitive sample input, browser or device, time of the check and what you expected. If the problem concerns a domain lookup, include the domain and the approximate time. If it concerns pasted source, identify the relevant section without sending private data.

For an accessibility report, describe the barrier, such as a button that cannot be reached by keyboard or an error that a screen reader does not announce. You may include assistive technology details if you are comfortable. We will use the report to prioritize a fix.
